What you see here are the flames
without pinstriping yet. What I wanted was the flames to have green at the
tips but as you can see, there isn't much there. The green that I wanted
should have traveled farther back and started where the wide part meets
the thin part of the flame body. The flash of the camera
washed the colors out but at least you can see the tips with a different
color in them.

In this shot you can see the flames
pinstriped and the green tips are all but gone. What happened is the green tips
were covered by the pinstriping because of how narrow the flame tips
are. I'm not happy with how this all turned out and talked to Rob about
it. I want him to redo the flames again in some colors that I pick
out this time. He's agreed to do it but isn't happy about it, which I
can understand but because his "name" is on the graphics,
he'll do it. Now that says a lot about him which I like. I told Rob that
I would buy the materials so it wasn't so bad on him.

Here's a shot of the left front
fender. I love they way the graphics are laid out, the size and the
location of them. The color that you see (purple) is hard to see till
your right up on it and with the right light.

| This is the same left fender but this
time your looking at the back of the flames. Now you should see the
purple fade into blue and then green. Can you see any blue in this shot?
Now I realize that a picture can't show you every angle like you get
when your standing next too it, but you can get an idea of what I'm
talking about. In the right light, you can see blue but it's just not
very much. I wanted graphics that you can see the different colors from
across the room and just not a few inches away. Don't get me wrong here,
the graphics look great to a lot of people that have seen it so far, but
the one person that it matters to most didn't envision it this
way.
Rob told me that he could start on the car again
in two weeks so I've been busy putting in the interior along with a
couple of other things that need finalized.
