I finally decided on an alternator
        bracket and it's made be
		Billet
Specialties. This is a polished aluminum
bracket which has lots of pieces compared to some. Let's install it and
        see how it looks.

Now notice the red line and how it
lines up with the new bracket but not with the water pump bolt. This is a
1/2" off which doesn't surprise me at all. Now what's the
        saying...oh yeah..."bolts right up"....yeah right!! Here is
        how I fixed the problem.

One of the pieces that came with it
was designed to go between the water pump and the alternator bracket in
the above picture. Well as you can see, that wasn't going to work so I
made it work by cutting it in two. All this piece does is support the
adjusting arm on the bottom so big deal if it doesn't link between the
two. I made it like a spacer instead of a link which seems to work just
        fine.

Here is the bracket installed now and
ready for an alternator. Notice the wires that I ran along the throttle
bracket that will hook to the alternator. I used tie-wraps in three
places to hold it in place. I don't know if I will keep it this way but
for now, this is the way it's gonna be.
