Now you measure and cut the cable to
        the length you need. The cable has a coupler with a set-screw that holds
        the cable from coming loose. The coupler is adjustable so you can take
        out any slack that might be left over.

      Here is the finished look from the
        inside. I might need to adjust the peddle a small amount but remember
        how easy that is by loosening one screw!

      This is the finished look. I had to
        shorten the cable by about 1" to 1 1/4" inches because I
        didn't like how it looked or felt. The reason you want some slack is
        because of engine movement. I guess if my engine wasn't so close to the
        firewall, the "two inch" rule might be fine. I still have a
        little movement so I should be good to go.

        ignition switch was next. Now this is a normal type switch which has the
        four positions...off-on-start-aux.
