This is a 1/2" piece of plywood
which is 31" X 321/2". What I getting ready to do is make a
cut-out for the trunk latch area. You have to look close to see the
layout lines at the bottom of the picture. This area will be cut using a
jig-saw.

Here you can see the area that will
have to be cleared. I cut the floor large enough to go past the trunk
mount by 3". This small area won't show later when the upholstery
is in but will give me something to mount too.

Here it is almost all done. All that's
left is to screw the floor and spacer piece together. I'll have to make
some holes for the gas tank mount, fuel lines and probably roll cage
mounts. One of the other things that will have to be in here is a
firewall made out of Aluminum which will be mounted to the bulkhead from
one side to the other. I'll be doing that project soon.
