I needed a way to clamp these pieces
in place while they dried so this is how I'm going to do it. By cutting
a piece of PVC pipe to the right length, I'm going to slide one end over
the threaded end and the opposite side will go against the back side of
        the dash.

This should give you a better idea of
what I'm talking about. Now this shot was taken while laying on my back
looking up under the dash. Notice the threaded piece against the
firewall (to the left). When I goop-up the backside of this piece, this
clamp will hold it in place.

When mixing this adhesive, you just
slap some right on the work bench evenly and then run a strip of
hardener across it and then mix it together. I used a putty knife to do
        the mixing and spreading.

I just smeared a thin coat on and made
sure it covered completely. You can see the one that has the adhesive on it
and is now ready to clamp in place.
