Now it's time to line-up the two
pieces and clamp them in place. The green tape is used to keep the resin
        from dripping all over everything.

A shot just before they get bonded
together. The amount of green that you see is the gap that will have to
filled with fiberglass. It doesn't have to be a nice straight line as it
will get filled and smoothed out later.

Here is Wayne getting some fiberglass
matting ready. He uses three layers  and no more because if four or
more are put down, it creates to much heat. The type he uses is a very
loose woven style. He says that the tight woven stuff will show through
in time but this loose kind won't. Notice the expensive work
bench.....(made out of cardboard sitting on two saw horses).

      After soaking the fiberglass matting
in resin, it's time to lay it in the gaps. You only have 10 - 12 minutes
to use the resin after mixing it so you have to work fast.
