To keep the new hard lines from moving
around, I made two different clamps. The front one utilizes the bottom
bolt on my motor mount to secure it in place. The clamp is made out of
6061-T6 aluminum which has a 10-32 screw that holds the two pieces
together. The clamp is made at an angle of 35 degrees which is about the
same as the sides of the engine block. This way is hangs vertical so it
can run along the oil pan.

The second clamp is attached to the
transmission housing where the inspection shield would bolt on. This one
is made with an off-set to bring the lines as close to the side of the
        trans as I could.

Here is what the whole thing looks
like. Because the lines are made from steel tubing, they didn't need a
third clamp like I thought they might. These two clamps are gonna work fine it
looks like. I'll still have to paint the lines but at least there
functional for now. If the transmission fluid doesn't stay cool enough,
I'll have to run another external cooler with a fan on it. I hope the
way it is now works but only time will tell. Notice I can still get at
my drain plug in my oil pan. I had the lines covering it and had to do
some additional bending to work around it. At this point, the
drive-train is just about finished so I'll be concentrating on the the
        body and interior next.
