I'm not sure what this cap is for but I'm thinking brake
fluid. Whatever it's for, I have to wonder why someone would do this in
the first place. I mean it's a hot rod...which means it doesn't get
driven everyday so why not leave the interior nice and clean and put up
with the inconvenience of getting under the car once in awhile to check
fluids?
