Note the lack of any levers on the handlebars here. It makes for a really clean look but looking closer revealed a cable running to the left grip. My only conclusion is that the left grip turns to activate the clutch which would take some getting use to. I mean think about it, your right hand is twisting the throttle backwards along with your left hand rotating forwards use the clutch. I'd end up stalling the bike a bunch trying to get the hang of this but hey.....that's only me!!
