Here we are enjoying the nice weather, the good food and a bunch of hot rods. And being that the show was in the park with lots of trees all around was even that much better.
 

 

 
I won Best of Show that day, which was totally unexpected, but very cool. I can't wait till next year so we can do it all over again!
 

 

 
The second annual Hot Rod Heaven hosted by the Oak Valley Family Church in Calimesa was held on Sunday, June 1 from 3 - 7 pm. This show was a big success last year and I was looking forward to attending it again this year.

The events proceeds went to the OVFC's Search and Rescue Food and Homeless Outreach program. This show has classic cars and trucks, motorcycles and vehicles under construction. There was live music by "Johnny on the Spot" which did oldies, classic rock and Christian rock which sounded pretty good.
