On the 24th. of August, Diamond Hills Auto Group in Banning had their
first car show. The show hours ran from 5 to 8 pm. and the weather was
in the high 90's. They had awards, raffle, games for the kids and they
were giving away BBQ hot dogs as well. The word was that if the turnout
was good enough that they would have this show on the 4th. Friday of
every month. And with the amount of cars that showed up, I think this
will be a monthly event from now on. Diamond Hills sells Chevrolet,
GMC and Buick along with a bunch of used cars and trucks. They use to
sell Pontiac before they went under along with a few other brands of
cars. The flag that you see below can be seen for a long ways because
it's huge and has been a staple of this dealership for many years.
