I remember having a wagon like this one when I was a kid, but not a
peddle car.

Notice the oil pan attached to the bottom. It's a storage area for drinks
or anything else you want to put in it with an access door on the top.

At first glance this looked like a bunch of fancy sheet metal work, but
after looking little a closer I noticed something else. Can you see it?
If not, here's a hint....when was the last time you saw exhaust coming
out over the valve covers? And if you look even closer, you'll see one
in the normal location. The top one was serving as part of the intake
for the carburetor because on the end of it was the air cleaner.
